I’ve used rides where the final price suddenly jumps, so I really appreciated that this one cost exactly what the app showed. No random extra fees or surprises at the end, which made the whole experience feel straightforward and reliable.

I’ve used Lime a handful of times to get around town, and it’s been smoother than I expected. Compared to waiting on a rideshare or walking when I’m in a hurry, it’s just easier. The scooters have worked well, the app is simple enough to figure out, and the receipts are clear every time. No problems so far, and it’s been handy when I need a quick ride.

"Refund came through fast"
I asked for a refund and, it showed up quick. Didn’t have to chase them around or deal with a bunch of back-and-forth, which was nice. Simple, got my money back and that was that.

When I’m already mentally drained and just want to get things done, it’s such a relief that I can usually find one near my flat, even late. It makes those quick trips feel way less annoying.

"The pass is definitely worth it"
I use Lime pretty much most days, so getting the pass has saved me a good amount. It’s a lot better than paying for every single ride separately. If you ride often, I’d definitely recommend it.

"Smooth ride, no hidden issues"
Rented a Lime scooter today and, it was in really good shape. The brakes felt reliable, the tires were solid, and the battery had plenty left for where I needed to go. I’ve had a few sketchy rental scooters before, so I usually find myself checking for little red flags, but this one didn’t give me any reason to worry. Clean, smooth, and easy to ride. Definitely a 5-star experience.

I’ve used Lime a few times and it’s actually been decent overall. The bikes usually unlock without much trouble, but every now and then it takes a couple tries or the app just kinda sits there loading. It’s not terrible, just a Limettle annoying when you’re actually trying to get somewhere fast.

"Pretty easy to use, hoping for a little credit"
I’ve used the Lime app a few times now and it’s been straightforward. Finding a scooter, unlocking it, and ending the ride all happens quickly, and the map is easy to follow without having to tap around a bunch. Payments have gone through fine too. Overall it’s made short trips way easier. I’d be happy if Lime offered a small credit or compensation for regular users, since I’ve had a smooth experience and keep coming back

"Battery Drama Every Time"
I use Lime scooters here and there, and the rides are usually totally fine. But the battery? Oh my gosh, it’s Limeke a tiny betrayal on wheels. A few times it showed a decent charge, so I thought I was good, and then halfway through the ride it started dropping Limeke it was in a free fall. For short trips, it’s okay, but I would not trust it for anything longer unless I’m emotionally prepared to abandon ship and hunt down another scooter. Not the worst thing ever, but having to switch scooters mid-trip is way more annoying than it should be.

"Pretty good coverage, just not everywhere yet"
Use Lime mostly around the city, and coverage has been solid in the main spots. Usually can find a scooter near train stations, shops, or busy streets without having to walk around forever.

Only giving 4 stars because some smaller neighborhoods are still kind of hit or miss. Sometimes the app shows nothing close by, or the parking zone stops right before where I actually need to be. Still handy most days though.

"Pretty handy parking feature"
I used Lime a few times this week and the parking/geofence thing was more helpful than I expected. It showed me exactly where I was allowed to leave the scooter and wouldn’t let me end the ride in some random bad spot. I also kinda like that it helps keep the sidewalks from getting messy. One time it took me a minute to find a proper place to park, but overall it was super easy and clear.

"Easy Way to Get Across Town"
Took the scooter across town and it picked up speed quickly. The ride felt smooth, and the brakes worked well the whole time. it saved me a lot of time compared to walking. If you’re trying to get around the neighborhood without much hassle, I’d say it’s a solid option

"The ride credits actually come in handy"
I mostly use li.me when they send me promo codes or ride credits, especially for those short little trips around the neighborhood. It really does make a difference when a ride that would’ve been a few bucks ends up being way cheaper. The app usually applies the credits without any issue. One time a credit didn’t show up right away, which was a little annoying, but it popped back in later. The scooters in my area are generally fine too, not always perfect, but good enough when I just need to get somewhere quickly.
